To restore our health and that of the planet through sustainable living, I encourage you to learn how to nourish in (get your nutrient levels – the ‘good’ guys - up) and cleanse out (get the poisons – the ‘baddies’ - out). 

Scientific wisdom has proven conclusively, confirming the ancient and sacred truth, that the diseases of affluence are avoidable, that those who eat the healthiest (plant) food on the planet and maintain a trim body weight, live the healthiest and live the longest, and leave the smallest footprint! A plant based life style is the best footprint you can leave on the planet, because it is sustainable.

Australians, we are now the most overweight population in the history of mankind. Every second person is overweight. Overfed people are poisoning themselves with high intakes of animal fat, animal protein and refined foods.
In 2002-2003, of adult patients attending general practice encounters in Australia, 54% were overweight or obese.

Every second death in Australia is from heart attack or stroke! Every third Australian dies from cancer. We are dying from the diseases of affluence and excess. It's a national disaster.  

Our planet’s very existence and survival depends on each of us reducing the size of the footprint we make as individuals, simply because we are the environment.  

Like it or not, sustainability is an uncompromising truth reflected in health and wholeness and to our mindset re the culture of violence and death.
