You want to quit smoking ?

I challenge you to make a commitment to stop right this moment, for ever, just taking a few minutes to read this. If you want to know how to quit right now, I will help you as you read on, because  I want to help you succeed in becoming a non-smoker, and not just you, but everyone who smokes.

I'm going to teach you how to stop smoking, forever. So we can say this is ‘D-Day’.  This is the day that you quit smoking forever. It's very simple this quit smoking strategy I am teaching you.  It as easy as ABC.  In fact, there are only five letters that you need to remember.  And those are the first five letters of the alphabet.

Please say after me the following words:

“I've got five fingers on each hand, five toes on each foot, five senses, and I only need remember the first five letters of the alphabet to remember the words that I am going to learn today. The key words that I'm going to learn over the next half hour are so simple. I already know them, and have known them since I was little.”

The words I am going to speak into you for you to succeed in quitting are going to get laid down so deeply into your subconscious mind, they will over write the smoking program script that has been there up till now.  The new anti-smoking program is going to override and delete the old program.

The five key words that you need to remember are as follows: The first word begins with the letter A. It’s the easiest word to remember, because it stands for the air; the second begins with B, for the breath.  See how easy it is. The circulation is the C word. Energy is the E word. The D word is for discovery.

You are going to discover energy that you forgot or never knew you had.

These are the five letters and words you need to remember to recall the details of this program. How easy is that? A five year old could unlearn how to quit.

I am therefore teaching you nothing new really, because the words I am going to use are words that you already know, and have known, since you were a little child.  It's just that I'm going to teach you a new and healthy way to apply these words, to help you get healthier.

These five words I have put together, into a special order, that is easy to understand. To help reinforce your motivation and your success I have put these five words into a little jingle (though it doesn’t rhyme) in order to help you understand how (method) to quit smoking and why (motive) to quit smoking.

These five words are going to reinforce your motivation and strategy to quit.
 The sequence of these words is so simple that you'll never be able to forget them. The jingle is in the form of a song, a song against smoking.
The words of the song are words that I want you to repeat after me exactly as I say each one.

Please just say the following words out loud after me, starting now, just as you read them:

“This is my song, my song that is going to help me quit smoking, and I'm going to sing it, one way or another, every day, until I can do exactly what it says. I will know deep in me how to quit when I am able to stop smoking and when I am able to teach the method to someone else.

This is my song against smoking. This is the song I am writing down deep in my subconscious mind. It goes like this:
 It is only I who can discover energy. It comes from the air I breathe and circulate through out my spirit, my soul, and my body.

This is my new song, and I'm going to sing it every day.  I'm going to keep a copy of my new song in my pocket, a copy on the door of my fridge, my clothes cupboard, my mirror, a copy near the toilet, a copy beside my bed, and in my pocket; and I'm going to carry my new song around with me not just in my head, but in my heart, for ever.
 Today I have crossed a bridge. I have crossed a bridge of no return.

I am never going to turn back to the land of smoking cigarettes.  I am now free of smoking.  Whenever I think of a cigarette or smell a cigarette or see a cigarette, I will instantly recollect my anti smoking song, along with the five key letters, and the five keywords.”

Very very good.

Now, I'm going to explain to you what these five keywords mean in helping you quit smoking, how they help you to stop smoking.

First of all, let’s take the A word, the Air. You know, I could talk to you about the Air until this time tomorrow, and into the next day, and the day after.  That's how special the Air is to me.  I had to learn the about the Air.

I had to practice listening to the air, to really discover the goodness in it, which is why I'd recommend that you spend time every day, listening to the air, listening to the sound it makes as it passes back through your nostrils.

Try listening to the sound of the air quietly now, as it passes through your nose (you have to try to close your mouth to do this) as you read this message,

wherever you are, right now; this is very very important. Do it ten times, or a hundred times.
 But try to do it each day for a week or a month, and see what happens; do this again tomorrow, somewhere, any where, and as you breathe through your nose, become aware of how it is that you are now ‘getting to know the air’;

get close to the air; the only way to get close to the air is to focus your attention on it, on it’s smell, on its’ sound; try to listen to the air and enjoy it and take time to just be one with it;
the air is the one thing that we crave the most, even more than food and water and sex or anything else, because it has in it the amazing element called oxygen;

the oxygen in the air is precisely what we need to unlock energy;
 When I began training in breathing exercises (Tai Chi Chi Kung) in 1978, I would practice for 1-2 hours every day, until, ten years later, I could do them continuously, non stop for 24 hours at will. Then I was ready to progress to more advanced training in China and SE Asia.

For the purpose of helping you quit smoking, let's just say that Oxygen and the word air are interchangeable; oxygen and energy work together like a key and a lock. Every cell inside you, and there must be hundreds of trillions of cells inside you, contains an energy warehouse, closely guarded under a metabolic lock. The key to the lock is oxygen. Let's take this one step back.

The oxygen from the air comes into you through the breath.   Now the breath is actually something which happens all through your whole being, not just in the lungs and the nose.
  When we look inside a living cell with an electron microscope, we can see the cell expanding and contracting; the oxygen is delivered at to the door away of each cell by a carrier, in the form of an iron containing pigment called heme, concentrated in each of your red blood cells,

Which is part of your circulation; this pigment, which is made of iron, is what binds and transports the oxygen like a taxi or a ship or a bus or a car round and round your circulation.   Remember, A is for air, B is for breath, C is for circulation. We only have two more letters to go, D and E. That’s why we call this iron pigment a conveyor or conduit. So oxygen is transported by a carrier made out of iron; so the oxygen from the air reaches the door (D word) way of every cell in your being,
on the back of this iron pigment, and at each doorway (the D word) the oxygen is delivered (D word) ,

where upon it then crosses through the doorway into each cell, where it proceeds to the energy (E word) lock and clicks into the lock in a chemical reaction,
 Unlocking the lock to the energy store, like a credit card unlocks the access code to your bank account, delivering new cash.    Now the air (oxygen) and energy work like a fountain. This fountain is extinguished by cigarettes for any one of at least four thousand reasons. Let me explain just one of these 4000 reasons. Cigarettes contain many many toxins, at least four thousand that we know of.

One of these is carbon monoxide.  Now people who gas themselves in the car by turning on the motor and closing the windows and bringing the exhaust fumes into the car, actually kill themselves very quickly by carbon monoxide poisoning.  Carbon monoxide you cannot smell or see, or taste.

But it is deadly, because it binds the iron pigment with a greater power of affinity than does oxygen. This means that a significant portion of the oxygen a smoker breathes cannot be bound to the iron carrier;

Hence that portion cannot be transported; this means that the oxygen delivered to each cell is switched down, or cut off.  This is what we mean by asphyxia, so that the energy fountain is suboptimal.

Only you can discover (the D word again) energy for yourself - no one else can – and to do so you must allow a fresh and full breath of air to be circulated around your being. That’s the ABC and the D & E of it. So there are the key five words. I want you to say the words of the song each day till you grasp it deep down.

There you are. You ought to be a non smoker and congratulating yourself. Now when you get tempted, just remember the song till it becomes automatically ingrained in your response to the smell or to a ‘mate’ who wants to offer you a smoke. When someone offers you a smoke, teach them how to quit. Let me know how you go.

Once you can see what I am saying, and do it, and teach it, you will know it. Good luck. Pass it on. Don't forget, put the song on all the reminder points and in your pocket till it is locked for good deep inside your heart.
 “It is only I, who can discover energy.  It comes from the air I breathe and circulate throughout my spirit, my soul, and my body.”
